Trove Salon’s Cancellation Policy

 
 

We understand that life can be full of suprises and sometimes things pop up, so if you are not be able to attend your appointment, we kindly ask if you let us know as soon as you can. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and every appointment counts. We offer amazing value in a beautiful salon with highly trained staff. To be able to do this, we have to protect our appointment availability.

We require a minimum 48 hours notice prior to your booking to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so that we can do the best to reallocate your appointment to another client. If a cancellation or no show occurs within 48 hours notice, we will charge a non-refundable $100 cancellation fee which will need to be paid before or at your next appointment.

If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment simply reply to the Trove Salon reminder texts outlined below, or give us a call. You do not need to give us a reason as to why but please just let us know if you cannot make your appointment. 

If your text or call is not answered or your call is after hours, please email us at hello@trovesalon.com.au. Instagram Direct Messaging is not to be used as a means for cancellations/rescheduling. Any cancellation/rescheduling requests asked via these channels will not be accepted as notified and will be subjected as ‘no show’.


Reminder Text Series


We will send you a text message five (5) days prior to your appointment which will require you to reply with a ‘YES’ to confirm or option to cancel and reschedule your appointment. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, a further text message will be sent to you to either confirm or cancel your appointment. If we remain to not hear from you, we will call the number you have provided us. If we have not received a response from you within 48 hours of your appointment, we will assume you are not able to make your scheduled appointment and require us to cancel the appointment, and a cancellation fee will apply.


Late Arrivals


Although we do try our best, we unfortunately cannot always accommodate late arrivals. Treatment may be refused if you are ten or more minutes late to your appointment. The salon reserves the right to cut your treatment time to ensure our stylists do not run late for their following booking.
